Helpful Timing for Your Stay

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Check-out: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Guests are required to return room keys to hotel staff upon departure. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a $15 fee.

Departures after 12:00 PM are considered late check-outs and will be charged $10 per hour. Departures after 6:00 PM will be charged for an additional night.

Airport Shuttle

Shuttle service to and from Kosrae International Airport is available for guests arriving and departing from the island.

Please provide your arrival and/or departure flight information in advance so we can schedule your ride.

RENTAL CARS

In Kosrae, vehicles drive on the right side of the road. Some of our rental vehicles have steering wheels on the right side, while others have steering wheels on the left side. Please let us know if you have a preference when requesting a rental car.

Dive into crystal-clear waters with visibility up to 60 meters, hike to hidden waterfalls, paddle at sunrise, or walk through the ancient ruins of Lelu and World War II sites that tell the island’s layered history. We offer diving and snorkeling tours, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, sunset cruises, yoga, nature walks, and guided trips through the Yela Ka Forest. Free WiFi

Free WiFi is available directly in your room. We use high-speed internet service to help guests stay connected during their stay.

Eco-Friendly Tips

Kosrae’s natural beauty is one of its greatest treasures. To help us reduce our environmental footprint and conserve the island’s precious resources, we kindly ask guests to:

Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the room.
Keep the air conditioning at a comfortable temperature that is not too cold.
Reuse towels when possible.
Let hotel staff know when you need fresh towels.
Reduce shower time to help conserve water.

Laundry

Laundry service is available upon request with a 24-hour turnaround.

Food & Meals

Meal options may be available upon request with advance notice. Please ask our staff for current food service options, menu availability, and pricing during your stay.

Meals and food service may also be packaged into your room price upon request when available.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card, check, or cash.

A one-night security deposit is required before a reservation can be confirmed. Payment information will be collected upon check-in or arrival.

Full payment for your stay and any additional services will be charged prior to departure.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guests are asked to be respectful of others and avoid disturbing other hotel guests during this time.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse continued service to any guest who disturbs other guests or fails to follow hotel policies. If a stay is ended by the hotel due to misbehavior or policy violations, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for the full length of the original reservation.

Visitors

Guests may invite visitors to their room, but all visitors must follow hotel rules and be respectful of other guests.

Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional $20 per person, per night for visitors who stay overnight.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in hotel rooms or rental cars.

Guests who smoke in hotel rooms or rental cars will be charged a $250 cleaning fee to cover the cost of odor removal.

Guest Behavior

Guests are required to observe and follow all applicable laws, government rules, and hotel policies.

This includes responsible use of the internet, safe use of vehicles, and compliance with all regulations regarding restricted substances.
